    21 to 24 brochettes

Mozzarellissima Pizza Brochettes


  • ½ loaf herb Focaccia bread, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 7 oz (200 g) pepperoni, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 7 oz (200 g) Saputo Mozzarellissima cheese, cubed
  • 1 pint (500 mL) grape tomatoes
  • 1 cup (250 mL) tomato sauce or basil pesto


  1. Thread one piece each of Focaccia, pepperoni, green pepper, cheese and tomato onto a brochette or skewer. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 21 to 24 brochettes. Serve with warm tomato sauce or basil pesto sauce for dipping.

Tip: Get creative by adding your own favourite pizza toppings to the brochette, such as sliced mushrooms, chunks of pineapple, diced ham or red onion.
