Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes (variety of colours), quartered 
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 block (200 g) of Saputo Feta cheese, cut in slices
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh oregano
  • 12 black Kalamata olives
  • Zest from 1 fresh lemon
  • Ground black pepper
  • Handful of capers, rinsed

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Lay the mixture on a large plate and place the Saputo Feta cheese in the middle.
  2. Garnish with oregano leaves, olives, and lemon zest. Season with pepper.
  3. Add capers to taste and drizzle with olive oil.
