Feta Cheese Spread


  • 1 package (200 g) Saputo Feta cheese
  • 125 ml (½ cup) Saputo Ricotta cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • Zest and juice of half a lemon
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
  • 125 ml (½ cup) pistachios, roasted and chopped
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) Italian parsley, chopped
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh dill, chopped
  • Freshly ground pepper


  1. In a food processor, add the Feta cheese, Ricotta cheese, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and olive oil. Purée until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl. Top with pistachios, herbs, and pepper.
  3. Serve with pita chips.
