Ingredients
- 1 package (200 g) Saputo Feta cheese
- 125 ml (½ cup) Saputo Ricotta di Campagna
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- Zest and juice of half a lemon
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
- 125 ml (½ cup) pistachios, roasted and chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) Italian parsley, chopped
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh dill, chopped
- Freshly ground pepper
Directions
- In a food processor, add the Feta cheese, Ricotta, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and olive oil. Purée until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl. Top with pistachios, herbs, and pepper.
- Serve with pita chips.
