Fresh yet salty and with a slightly tangy taste, Feta cheese is perfect in Greek salads and to enhance the flavours of your favourite Mediterranean meals.
Crumble the Saputo Feta cheese into a bowl. Add olive oil and pepper. Whip and set aside.
Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
Coat each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess. Dip into beaten eggs and let drain slightly, then coat well with breadcrumbs, pressing gently.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of vegetable oil. Brown chicken breasts for about 5 minutes per side, until golden and nearly cooked through, turning as needed for even colour. Transfer to a wire rack.
Spoon a generous amount of the Feta–sour cream mixture onto each chicken breast. Spread with the back of a spoon and season with pepper.
Bake for 8 minutes, or until the Feta topping is golden, and the chicken is fully cooked.
While the chicken bakes, mix honey and chili flakes in a small bowl.
Once cooked, drizzle generously with spicy honey before serving. Pair with a fresh green salad and enjoy!
