Fry the cheese according to the producer’s instructions. Reserve.
In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the tahini sauce and reserve.
Cut the avocado and the cucumbers in thin slices.
Spread a bit of sauce on the upper part of each pita bread. Layer the kale, the cucumbers, the Saputo Halloumi Cheese Fries, the turnip sticks and the falafels on top of the sauce.
Fold the sides so that they overlap in the middle and create a wrap. Enjoy!
