Hot Honey Bacon Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 2 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
- Hot honey, homemade or store-bought
- Butter, for cooking
- Saputo Mozzarellissima cheese (about 50 g)
Directions
- Cut the Mozzarellissima cheese into thick slices. Place a slice of bread on a work surface. Top with cheese slices, crumbled cooked bacon, and a generous drizzle of spiced honey.
- Close the sandwich and brush both sides with butter. Cook over medium heat for a few minutes, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Cut in half and serve with a tasty tomato soup or other side dish!
