Vegetarian Wrap with Havarti


  • 1 large collard green leaf
  • 2 slices Saputo Havarti cheese
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • ¼ yellow bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 red cabbage leaf, julienned
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) hummus


  1. Blanch collard leaf one to two minutes in boiling water.
  2. Spread hummus on the collard leaf.
  3. Place Havarti cheese slices on top and garnish with remaining ingredients.
  4. Roll and slice.
