Cheese Fries and Avocado Dip



  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 250 ml (1 cup) plain Greek yogurt
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • Green part of 1 green onion
  • 1 bunch of coriander, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove 
  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


  1. Fry the cheese according to the producer’s instructions. Reserve.
  2. Put the ingredients for the dip in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until the texture is smooth and creamy, scraping the sides of the container as needed.
  3. Taste to check the seasoning and adjust if needed.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container and chill before serving.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander, serve with Saputo Halloumi-Style Cheese Fries with a hint of jalapeño and lime wedges.
