Parmigiano Reggiano

The ‘King of Parmesan’, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is produced in the Parma region of Italy. It’s aged for at least 24 months. The milk used to produce this cheese comes from cows that are fed alfalfa, giving it a unique taste, that is rich, nutty and well-rounded.

Imported from Italy, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is expertly aged for a minimum of 18 months. Enjoy its rich, fruity taste with a hint of hazelnut. Savour it on it’s own, with a touch of good quality balsamic vinegar or grated over pasta.
