Greek White Pizza

Ingredients

  • 300 g pizza dough
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) olive oil
  • 7 g (½ tbsp) oregano
  • 7 g (½ tbsp) garlic powder
  • 2 g (½ tsp) lemon zest
  • 90 g (½ cup) Kalamata olives
  • 350 g (3 cups) Saputo Feta Shredded Cheese
  • ¼ red onion
  • 6 stalks asparagus, sliced thinly
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 205 oC (400 oF). Line a baking sheet with parchment, and brush with oil.
  2. Roll out dough on a slightly floured baking surface to the size of the baking sheet, and press into the baking sheet.
  3. Mix the oil, oregano, lemon zest and garlic powder together, and brush the mixture onto the dough
  4. Top the dough with 116 g (1 cup) of Saputo Feta shredded cheese, followed by the tomato slices, asparagus, olives and red onion. Top with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes, then slice and serve.
