Similar to other hard cheeses, but with a saltier and sharper bite that adds a pleasantly tangy flavour to a wide variety of dishes. Traditionally imported Romano cheese is made from sheep’s milk and ranges in colour from white to straw yellow.
Imported from Italy, this exquisite hard ripened cheese is aged for a minimum of 16 months. It is uniquely textured and full-flavoured with a nutty, creamy taste and crumbly texture.
