Fetos and Strawberry Wrap


4 20 cm (8 in.) spinach tortillas

1/4 cup (60 mL) mayonnaise

8 slices smoked turkey 

60 g (125 mL / 1/2 cup) Saputo Fetos cheese, crumbled

Fresh thyme, to taste

1 cup (250 mL) fresh strawberries, sliced

1 cup (250 mL) avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced

1 cup (250 mL) alfalfa sprouts

Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste


Place tortillas on work surface and brush with mayonnaise. Fill each tortilla with 2 slices of turkey, Fetos cheese, thyme, strawberries, avocado slices and alfalfa sprouts. Season to taste.

Roll up the tortillas to enclose fillings, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Before serving, slice into pieces.
